By being a part of our Work Exchange Program you have the exciting opportunity to help shape the community life we are aspiring towards. We want to create an environment that facilitates cooperation, fulfilling a worthwhile purpose, and a sense of belonging (aka community) so that we can fulfill our mission.
We have many projects to work on at the event center. We have an on-site staff that you will be working with. Meet them on our bio page.
Our location in the beautiful northwestern Arkansas Ozarks makes this a peaceful place where we can accept visitors, live out our Christian faith, and encourage people on their vegan path.
People who are not Christian can learn more about what it looks like to live a life focused on being an apprentice of Jesus. We do request that everyone be a part of our morning and evening spiritual practices so we can build unity and praise our creator. Learn more about that by seeing our schedule of an ideal day.
You can learn more about all that we are doing by looking at our website. If you feel excited and inspired by our mission, goals, and activities, then we encourage you to take the time to learn more about the opportunity that you have to be a part of our community-in-formation.
Our highest priority is to attract people who can work together well and support each other in our individual and collective goals according to our values. Having a screening process ensures that we are a good fit.
Please review the requirements, limitations, needs, benefits, and transportation info, then fill out the info form at the bottom of this page. You will be taken to our Work Exchange Application Survey where you will answer 11 short questions so we can get to know you better.
